A sickle-shaped "special blade" that was part of a manufacturing device that was manufactured in Japan and used for many years was broken.
When the equipment manufacturer stopped producing the same model, the parts were no longer available.
There were no blueprints on hand, only the damaged item.
I would like this to be reproduced and an identical part manufactured.

Since bending stainless steel from a square timber to the ideal angle requires skill, time, and cost, we proposed a method of cutting the material from a sheet rather than from a square timber.
By fundamentally changing the manufacturing method, we simplified excessive design.
The structure that previously required skilled craftsmanship was improved to a reproducible specification.
We were able to minimize the effort and burden and handle additional orders as quickly as possible.
