|Trivia -What is the SUMP method-
This is a method of taking a very finely detailed copy of the surface structure of the object you want to observe, and then observing the copy.
It is ideal for observing objects that do not transmit light, such as the stomata of plant leaves and the cuticle of hair.
Biological microscopes can also be used in this way.
